In 2022, a mon\u00adi\u00adtor\u00ading and guid\u00adance unit will be set up for the pre\u00adven\u00adtion of sex\u00adist behav\u00adior, harass\u00adment and sex\u00adu\u00adal vio\u00adlence, aimed at the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion\u2019s employ\u00adees and mem\u00adbers (peo\u00adple employed by or under con\u00adtract with a mem\u00adber of the Zone Franche net\u00adwork).<\/p>

It is made up of one employ\u00adee from the team and one admin\u00adis\u00adtra\u00adtor from the asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion. Its aim is to make it eas\u00adi\u00ader to lis\u00adten to peo\u00adple, whether vic\u00adtims or wit\u00adness\u00ades, and to direct them towards appro\u00adpri\u00adate resources and ser\u00advices, pro\u00admot\u00ading dia\u00adlogue, respect and pro\u00adtec\u00adtion.<\/p>\n
