The Cross\u00adroads Fes\u00adti\u00adval<\/a> was launched in 2016 to pro\u00admote the cur\u00adrent music sec\u00adtor in the Hauts-de-France region to pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adals from oth\u00ader regions and coun\u00adtries, and to set up inter-region\u00adal and inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal artis\u00adtic and pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adal exchanges.<\/p>\n

Every Novem\u00adber in Roubaix, the fes\u00adti\u00adval offers a show\u00adcase of some 30 artists, plus a pro\u00adgram of pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adal meet\u00adings.
\nIn this con\u00adtext, Zone Franche was invit\u00aded to take part in a round-table dis\u00adcus\u00adsion. <\/p>\n

In a con\u00adstant\u00adly evolv\u00ading cul\u00adtur\u00adal con\u00adtext, sup\u00adport\u00ading emerg\u00ading artists has become a major chal\u00adlenge.<\/strong> Eco\u00adnom\u00adic con\u00adstraints and chang\u00ading cul\u00adtur\u00adal con\u00adsump\u00adtion pat\u00adterns are mak\u00ading it increas\u00ading\u00adly dif\u00adfi\u00adcult for young tal\u00adent to make their mark on the music scene.
How can we best sup\u00adport the emer\u00adgence of new tal\u00adent and encour\u00adage their socio-pro\u00adfes\u00adsion\u00adal inte\u00adgra\u00adtion ?
\nHow can we cre\u00adate new syn\u00ader\u00adgies and strength\u00aden links between the var\u00adi\u00adous play\u00aders in the music ecosys\u00adtem ? The aim of this meet\u00ading is to explore new pos\u00adsi\u00adble alliances between con\u00adcert halls, fes\u00adti\u00advals and pro\u00adduc\u00adtion struc\u00adtures : how can we encour\u00adage the pool\u00ading of resources and skills ? <\/strong>
By shar\u00ading new ini\u00adtia\u00adtives and expe\u00adri\u00adences, such as the Cooprog plat\u00adform or the shared cre\u00adation fund\u00ading pro\u00adgram sup\u00adport\u00aded by the French Min\u00adistry of Cul\u00adture, the idea is also to iden\u00adti\u00adfy new avenues of col\u00adlab\u00ado\u00adra\u00adtion to devel\u00adop joint projects. <\/p>\n

Final\u00adly, we\u2019ll be dis\u00adcussing more sus\u00adtain\u00adable and inclu\u00adsive eco\u00adnom\u00adic mod\u00adels, to guar\u00adan\u00adtee a sus\u00adtain\u00adable future for emerg\u00ading artists and the play\u00aders who sup\u00adport them in devel\u00adop\u00ading their projects.<\/p>\n
