This will be an oppor\u00adtu\u00adni\u00adty for all play\u00aders in the indus\u00adtry, both French and inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal, to get togeth\u00ader for 3 days and 3 nights and dis\u00adcuss the new chal\u00adlenges fac\u00ading music, dis\u00adcov\u00ader a wide range of artists and groups, and exchange views on the out\u00adlook for the sec\u00adtor.<\/p>\n

This is one of the obser\u00adva\u00adtions made by Pro\u00adduc\u00adtions Nuits d\u2019Afrique as part of the study \u201cVal\u00adoris\u00ader les artistes de la diver\u00adsit\u00e9 [\u2026] \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e8re des plate\u00adformes num\u00e9riques\u201d, car\u00adried out by Des\u00adtiny Tch\u00e9houali. This obser\u00adva\u00adtion is shared by Zone Franche, which has been warn\u00ading for many years about the invis\u00adi\u00adbi\u00adliza\u00adtion of World Music in the media and, from now on, on plat\u00adforms. <\/p>\n

On the one hand, the algo\u00adrith\u00admic rec\u00adom\u00admen\u00adda\u00adtions of lis\u00adten\u00ading plat\u00adforms seem to com\u00adfort lis\u00adten\u00aders in their musi\u00adcal tastes, with\u00adout offer\u00ading any real musi\u00adcal dis\u00adcov\u00ader\u00adies. On the oth\u00ader, search engines, even when users make pre\u00adcise queries, strug\u00adgle to direct users towards niche or diver\u00adsi\u00adfied con\u00adtent. <\/p>\n

In both cas\u00ades, the user\u2019s atten\u00adtion is direct\u00aded towards a lim\u00adit\u00aded num\u00adber of star prod\u00aducts or inter\u00adna\u00adtion\u00adal con\u00adtent enjoy\u00ading a cer\u00adtain pop\u00adu\u00adlar\u00adi\u00adty and vis\u00adi\u00adbil\u00adi\u00adty, to the detri\u00adment of a rich diver\u00adsi\u00adty of French-lan\u00adguage con\u00adtent.<\/p>\n
