Artists Visas Committee

The Artists Visas Com­mit­tee was imple­ment­ed in 2009 to respond to the grow­ing dif­fi­cul­ties pro­fes­sion­als of the music indus­try work­ing at an inter­na­tion­al lev­el were fac­ing to grant visas.
The Com­mit­tee aims to resolve dead­locks and sup­port pro­fes­sion­als in the music indus­try when they strug­gle to obtain visas.
We are hap­py to present you our leaflet in eng­lish.

The Com­mitte involves front­line pro­fes­sion­als and insti­tu­tion­al actors in a cross-cut­ting approach and an infor­mal set­ting :
- Unions and fed­er­a­tions
- Fran­coph­o­nie Inter­na­tion­al Orga­ni­za­tion
- Songs, Var­iété-style and Jazz Nation­al Cen­tre
- Min­istries of cul­ture and Com­mu­ni­ca­tion, of For­eign Affairs and Inter­na­tion­al Devel­op­ment, of Inte­ri­or.
Zone Franche is man­date to direct the Com­mit­tee.
