Born in Bobo-Dioulasso, Kananayé brings West African traditions, poetry and trance-driven grooves to the dancefloor. On the Kananayé Remix EP, four producers reshape the band’s organic sound through contemporary East African electronic scenes. Focus track ‘Cimetre — Murphy Cubic Remix’, remixed by Zimbabwean producer Murphy Cubic, turns balafon, voice and rhythm into a powerful Afro House journey rooted in heritage, open to the future.
